Uganda National Chamber of Commerce and Industry invite you to attend the East African Trade and Investment Expo 2025 which has been scheduled for 16th-17th April 2025 at Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre, Muscat, Oman.
The Expo will provide a strategic platform for East African businesses, policymakers, and investors to explore market and collaboration opportunities in Oman and the wider Golf region.
The objectives of the event are:
• To promote trade, investment and business partnerships between East Africa countries and Oman. Oman already has a strong trade relationship with Tanzania and seeks to expand that to Uganda. Both countries have historical ties in trade and agriculture, and this is an opportune time to revive them.
• To provide a networking platform for businesses, policymakers, and investors. At this expo, B2B and G2G meetings will be strategically arranged for Ugandan business leaders and policy makers to engage with their Oman counterparts, fostering partnerships and exploring opportunities in Uganda.
To showcase investment opportunities in key sectors including trade, manufacturing, agriculture, energy, and technology. The Ugandan business community is invited to showcase its products and services to a broader market.
• To enhance market access for East African business in Oman and the gulf region.
• To strengthen bilateral relations and economic cooperation between Uganda and Oman.
There will be B2B meetings and networking sessions, Government to Government meetings, sector-specific investment forums and panel discussions, exhibition of East African products and services, presentation on trade policies, market trends and investment incentives and strategic partnerships and trade agreement signings.
The Expo is a gateway for Ugandan businesses to access new markets, secure investment opportunities and establish valuable international partnerships.
