Note Due to COVID-19, the Annual General Meeting will be a hybrid event hosted both physically at UNCCI head Office at Kira Road, Plot IA, Kampala and on Zoom (the Login details will be shared upon confirmation). Chair’s condensed/Summary report of the Annual meeting. 7. Treasurer’s Annual Report for the previous year 8. Auditors’ report for the Year ended 30th June 2020 9. Appointment of Auditors for the next financial year 10.Approval of Appointment for the Auditors 11.Presentation of the budget 12.Adoption of the Budget 13.Presentation of a motion to Amend the Constitution in accordance with Article 85 of the UNCCI Memorandum and Article of the Association 14.Any Other Business (A.O.B.).
